Bugler Construction, Inc. is actively seeking subcontractors and suppliers on this project.  Subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractors License and have current registration with the California Department of Industrial  Relations.  Subcontractors must be able to provide current general liability insurance,  workers compensation insurance and be prepared to provide payment and performance bonds.  Bugler will pay cost of bonds up to 2.0% of full subcontract amount of this project.  Bugler will assist in obtaining insurance, bonds, lines of credit, supplies, materials and equipment.  Plans and Specifications can be viewed by appointment at our Pleasanton Office or sent electronically upon request.  Bugler is signatory to the operators, laborers, cement mason and carpenters unions.  Subcontractors will need to be signatory or sign a project labor agreement with approate union.
