PROJECT DETAILS:

Trillium, an umbrella company of Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, is seeking certified DBE, MBE, WBE, SDVBE, and SBE subcontractors to perform work on the Riverside Transit Agency, (RTA), Design Build Hydrogen Fueling Stations Project. We are soliciting bids from the following trades: mechanical, electrical, structural, concrete, painting, paving, steel, and general contracting.

  • Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. (Labor Code § 1771.4(a)(1)).
  • Contractors must be registered with the DIR in order to be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code or engage in the performance of any public work contract. (Labor Code § 1725.5).
  • This is a federally funded prevailing wage project. Bidders are responsible to be self-informed regarding the U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wages for a given labor category in a given locality.
  • This is a prevailing wage project and is subject to the requirements of projects which use public funds within the State of California and the County of Riverside. Contracts for public works projects in excess of $2,000 must comply with the California Labor Code including, but not limited to 1) prime and subcontractors must register with the California Department of Industrial Relations; 2) payment of prevailing wages; and 3) submission of certified payrolls; see www.dir.ca.gov for more information.
  • The Contractor or Subcontractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, age, or sex in the performance of this contract. The Contractor shall carry out applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of DOT assisted contracts.
