RELOCATION OF LIGHT FIXTURES AND HVAC DUCTS/REGISTERS. INSTALLATION OF NEW ELECTRICAL OUTLETS. INSTALLATION OF NEW SECURITY WINDOWS. CONSTRUCTION OF STEEL CANOPY WITH TRANSLUCENT PANEL ROOF AND CMU PILASTERS. DEMOLITION AND INSTALLATION OF NEW INTERIOR DOOR. BUILDING 3: DEMO OF EXISTING GLASS BLOCK COLUMN AND CONSTRUCTION OF CMU COLUMNS IN THE SAME FOOTPRINT.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All
subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for
the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
