Edwards Construction Group is currently perusing the Dana Air Conditioning Project for Lucia Mar Unified School District. 

Scope: Addition of Air Conditioning to Classrooms 1 through 20 and Administration Building, including associated site work and electrical improvements to support the new HVAC infrastructure.  

This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.

Plans & Specs are available electronically from jg@edwardscongroup.com. All bids and material quotes must be per plans and specifications. All bids are required to be received in our office through our e-mail at least 1-2 business days before Bid Due Date so that we have ample time to fill out the required bid forms for the owner. Edwards Construction Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Bonds may be required and subcontractor must agree to our subcontract agreement.

This Project includes work that will be performed by mechanical, electrical or plumbing (“MEP”) subcontractors (contractors that hold C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses), such MEP subcontractors must also be prequalified. A list of prequalified MEP subcontractors will be made available by the District to all bidders at least five business days prior to the bid opening date. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that all MEP subcontractors holding any of the licenses listed above are properly prequalified before submitting a bid. This prequalification requirement applies even if the subcontractor will perform, or is designated to perform, work that does not require one of the licenses listed above, but the subcontractor holds one of the licenses listed above.
