Psomas requests qualifications from DBE firms interested in providing qualified personnel in the following disciplines and respective NAICS codes:
for the City of Norwalk’s RFP #24-731 Professional Services for Project Management, Design and Engineering Services, Construction Management, and Inspection Services for Norwalk Transit System (NTS)
Psomas will extend opportunities to DBEs and conduct itself in good faith with DBE firms seeking subcontract opportunities for this contract. Scopes of work, as provided in the RFP, bid/proposal plans, specifications, and other documents may be provided upon request.
Interested firms may respond by submitting your letter of interest, certifications, firm profile, resumes, and relevant projects to Lynn Gilbert at Psomas at lgilbert@psomas.com or call (714) 481-8026 with questions. Interested parties must respond by September 29, 2023. SOQs are due to the City of Norwalk on October 2, 2023. Upon request, Psomas will assist in providing information regarding the consultant’s procurement of bonds, lines of credit, equipment, and/or insurance. This RFQ shall not obligate Psomas to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, respond hereto.
