Subcontractors will be required to enter into a Standard AIA Subcontract Agreement carrying the terms and conditions of the General Conditions of this project. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must meet the Insurance requirments of the referenced General Conditions. Furthermore, all subontractors must be able (if required) to furnish performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable per the referenced specs. Please provide bond rate on proposal in case bond is required.
