The Project is generally described as, but not limited to the following Items:
a. Demolition and replacement of stage rigging and drapes
b. Updating theatrical, electrical, audio-visual equipment and lighting systems
c. Installation of lighting controls
d. Construction of an audio-visual control workstation booth at the rear of house seating
e. Salvage portions of existing seating for repair and maintenance stock
f. Refinishing existing wood stage floor
g. Conversion of existing dressing room to stage wing storage
h. Modification of existing fire sprinkler lines to suit new stage rigging set-up
i. Installation of an automated projection screen with overhead video projector
j. Miscellaneous interior alterations in Classroom 236 as “green room”

The estimated construction value of the work is $3,000,000.00.
