Caltrans District 7 is requesting qualifications from firms to provide technical services required for On-Call Environmental Generalist Services within Los Angeles County Desert Areas (and parts of the Angeles National Forest), on an “as-needed” basis to support in the development and construction of proposed Caltrans transportation facilities (RFQ 07A5349).  The work shall be performed in Los Angeles County Desert Areas of California. The specific services being sought include public engagement (outreach), fish passage modeling, biology, water quality services, certified industrial hygienist, bioacoustics/hydro-acoustic studies services, preparation of Noise Control Plans (NCP), Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSP), long-term environmental mitigation monitoring prior to, during, and after construction projects and other applicable regulations in providing support in obtaining environmentally related permits, licenses, agreements, and certifications from various Federal, State, or Local Resource Agencies or entities.  ECORP Consulting, Inc. is seeking Caltrans Certified DBE firms. The DBE firm must have a California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) number.
