Prospective bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to California Labor Code Section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.l(a)]. No Contractor or Subcontractor may be awarded a contract for the Project unless registered with DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR.

In accordance with the provisions of California Public Contract Code §3300, the District requires that Bidders possess, at the time of submission of a Bid Proposal, at the time of award of a Contract for a Bid Package and at all times during the Work, the following classification(s) of California Contractors Licenses: C28 or D28. Proposal must be receive a day before bid date.

A purchase order will be issued to the lowest responsible bidder.
