Kiewit is preparing to submit a Statement of Qualifications for the Progressive Design Build Services for the Paradise Sewer Project.  We are requesting any interest from Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) and/or Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE).

The project consists of services to design, construct, test, start-up and commission a Core Collection System, Export Pipeline and connection to the City of Chico’s Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP).

Non-MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to contract with a group of lower tier MBE/WBE s or individual MBE/WBEs.

Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for Subcontractors, and Supply Bond for permanent material Suppliers on this project. Bond requirement can be waived on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Kiewit for more information. Bond premiums are reimbursable by Kiewit. Please contact Kiewit for any assistance in bonding, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies.

Subcontractors must possess & provide current California contractor’s license number & DIR Registration number.
