Description: The Work of this Project consists of: Renovation of existing home economics classroom, work includes removal of existing built-in elements, furred walls, and finishes; installation of new finishes; installation of new food service equipment; modification to existing structural, mechanical, and electrical systems and other Work indicated in the Bidding Documents.  The Construction Trades involved the following, and not necessarily limited to: Selective Demolition, Hazmat Abatement, Concrete, Rebar, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Plastic-Laminate-Clad Architectural Cabinets, Ornamental Woodwork, Joint Sealers, Gypsum Board, Acoustical Tile Ceilings, Resinous Flooring, Interior Paint, Visual Display Units, Signage, Toilet/Bath/Laundry Accessories, Fire Protection Cabinets, Fire Extinguishers, Foodservice Equipment, Roller Window Shades, Quartz Agglomerate Countertops, HVAC, Testing Adjusting and Balancing and Electrical etc. This is a PLA job.
