New Office Building and sitework. Work includes demolition of an existing modular building, asphalt, concrete, fencing and site clearing. Installation of an existing modular building on a new concrete stem wall foundation. Building tenant improvements shall include new interior finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire sprinklers (Desing Build). Site work shall include the installation of a new parking lot, grading & drainage, storm drain, water, sewer, electrical infrastructure, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, seal coat & striping and fencing. Note: The solar array shall be provided and installed by others.

Contract Time: 120 Calendar Days

DIR Registration requirements for all Public Works projects (SB854). The requirement to only use registered contractors and subcontractors on public works projects applies to all projects awarded on or after April 1, 2015.

a.         All sub-tier subcontractors must be DIR registered contractors at all times during performance of the Work; and

b.         Prospective subcontractors may only solicit sub-bids from and contract with lower-tier subcontractors who are DIR registered contractors.
