PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: The District has entered into a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that is applicable to this Project. The PLA is available for reference at the following link: http://planningandconstruction.sweetwaterschools.org/suhsd-project-laboragreement-eff-07-11-16/ which includes the Letter of Assent.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Demolition of nine portable classroom buildings and associated site improvements.  Construction of a new two-story classroom building 800 and associated site improvements.  Addition of 5 new PC approved shade structures and associated landscape.  Marquee replacement on existing building 350.  Replacement of toilet partition at the girls restroom in existing building 1400.  Addition of a fenced area with a concrete pad adjacent to existing building 900 for photovoltaic battery storage.  Alterations of new EMS cabinet and ac disconnect at electrical room in existing building 900 for PV battery storage.

Trades involved include but not limited to: demolition, concrete, structural steel framing, high performance coatings primer, steel decking, cold formed metal framing, metal fabrications, metal stairs, architectural wood casework, plastic paneling, waterproofing, traffic bearing deck surfacing, site water repellents, thermal insulation, weather barriers, vapor erosion control, metal wall panels, aluminum composite wall panels, roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, roof hatches, fall protection devices, fire stopping, joint sealants, doors frames and hardware, glass and glazing, metal framing, plaster, gypsum board, tiling, acoustic panel ceilings, resilient flooring, tile carpeting, ceiling finishes, acoustic insulation, painting, visual display boards, signage, plastic toilet components, toilet accessories, fire protection specialties, roller window shades, site furnishings, tensile fabric structures, hydraulic elevators, wet pipe fire sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, grading, concrete paving, decorative metal fences, metal gates, landscape and irrigation, plants, mow curbs and landscape edging, utilities.
