The project consists of Demolition of portable classroom buildings and associated site improvements.  Construction of building 800 a steel framed new two-story classroom, roof top screen wall, metal wall panels, exterior wall tile, steel and concrete stair system, site retaining walls and associated site improvements. Addition of five new PC approved shade structures, land scaping, Marque replacement, fenced areas, site concrete, Photovoltaic storage, & new restroom. 

PLA – Project Labor Agreement is applicable to this project. Skilled Workforce Requirements apply. See EXHIBIT C

Any contractor that is bidding a deferred submittal / design build scope will need to have professional liability insurance of $1,000,000.

Electrical contractor to walk project and recommend where temporary power will come from. Walk date TBD

All subcontractors that submit a bid and hold one of the following licenses – C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 - will need to be prequalified before January 4, 2024 by 2pm. The Prequalification application is available at the SUHSD Purchasing Website, under the Contractor Prequalification tab.
