Plans & Specs are available at no not cost to interested firms at: THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO, CONTRACT SERVICES DIVISION, 1010 SECOND AVE., STE 1400, SAN DIEGO, CA 92101 and/or at our office.
S.C. VALLEY ENGINEERING, INC. will assist with obtaining Bonds/Insurance/Credit Line/Equipment/Supplies/Materials. Subcontractors/Suppliers must provide Contractor’s License number and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number on their bid proposals. Subcontractors must meet all insurance requirements per City of San Diego Specification section 7. We also encourage contracting with a group of DBEs when a contract is too large for one firm to handle individually.
