Bids in excess of $100,000.00 will require a Payment & Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Subcontract amount from a California Admitted Surety acceptable to WCGI and not less than AM Best A rating. WCGI may assist with Bonds, Insurance & Credit if needed. WCGI will assist in providing project plans and specification. See Specifications for individual owner requirements and or liability Insurance.
All Subcontractors are required to sign WCGI's standard Subcontract Agreement and provide Waiver of Subrogation. All subcontractors must be registered with the DIR and be a certified DBE by the bid/proposal due date. Please submit your DBE Certification with the bid/proposal.
