SCHEDULE:     Building Construction Start: One Hundred Forty (140) calendar days from Notice to Proceed                          

• This is a prevailing wage project.
• Ausonio Inc. is signatory to Carpenters Union.
• All bidders performing labor on-site must be registered as a public works contractor. Please list the DIR registration number on all proposals.
• We Encourage MBE, WBE, DBE, DVBE suppliers and subcontractors.
• By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents, including addenda and, that from their own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the intended work.
• Pricing is to be provided as per plans, specifications and addenda. No substitutions unless approved in advance.
• Bid price is to be broken out by specification section and clearly noted.
• Bids may not be modified or withdrawn by bidder after receipt.
• Liquidated Damages $1,500/calendar day.
