The Project includes the replacement of track and field surfacing and improvements to associated stadium restrooms

Project Address: 21810 Main St., Grand Terrace, CA 92313

RFI Due: February 01, 2024 by 12:00 NN. Please submit all questions to estimating@ohnoconstruction.com

Project Start: Tentative May 6th, 2024 with 120 Days completion

Labor/Wage: Prevailing Wage (There is NO PLA/PSA/CWA labor agreement on this project)

D/V/BE Vendors and Subcontractors are encourage to participate.

Refer to the City of Grand Terrace website for all current COVID-19 Guidelines. 

BID DUE DATE & TIME:  Tuesday, February 06, 2024 at 2pm*

Proposals may be emailed to the Estimating Department at estimating@ohnoconstruction.com or faxed to 619-278-8761.

*New bid date per Addendum #2. We will need time to check and qualify subcontractors and vendors bid, please submit your proposal at least a day before the bid date. The project bids on Wednesday, February 07,  2024.
