This project is to Demolish the (E) Kindergarten & Elementary Classrooms Building then Replace with 9 Relocatable Classrooms and 2-story New Permanent Building, 17,443 SQFT, Type II-B, Group E & S2, Fully Sprinklered. located in Canyon Charter Elementary School K-5 campus. The scope of works includes but not limited to Earthworks, Concrete Slab on Grade & Footing, Structural Moment Framing System, Metal Stud Wall Framing, Hydraulic Elevator, Gypsum Board & Plaster Wall Finish, Ceramic, Vinyl, Polish & Sealed Floor Finish, PVC Roofing, including building infra structure e.g. Duct Bank to provide Power, Communications & Fire Alarm, Kitchen Hood, Building Sanitary , Landscaping & Site furnishing.
