The scope of works includes but not limited to Earthworks, Concrete Slab on Grade & Footing, Structural Moment Framing System, Metal Stud Wall Framing, Hydraulic Elevator, Gypsum Board & Plaster Wall Finish, Ceramic, Vinyl, Polish & Sealed Floor Finish, PVC Roofing, including building infra structure e.g. Duct Bank to provide Power, Communications & Fire Alarm, Kitchen Hood, Building Sanitary , Landscaping & Site furnishing.
