In addition, please note that per the bid documents, Prequalification pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20111.6 is required, as described in the Instructions for Bidders.  Contractors may download the prequalification questionnaire and instructions from the following link: https://pqbids.com/rialto/.  The completed prequalification questionnaire and supporting documentation (“Prequalification Submittal”) must be received at the Place for Submitting Bids no later than 4:00 pm on February 23, 2024 (“Prequalification Submittal Deadline”).
