Description: PREVAILING WAGE – CM MULTIPRIME 
Construction of additional classrooms at existing building. Renovations of Admin offices, classrooms, corridors, and 
support spaces. Structural upgrades, New HVAC, new roofing, Solatube skylights, Seismic expansion. New campus-wide 
fire alarm system. Removal of portable classrooms, new site improvements, new storm water retention system, ADA 
upgrades. New running track. 
 
Erickson-Hall Construction Company is the Construction Manager for the above referenced project. All Contracts will be between 
the Owner (Riverside Unified School District) and the Prime Trade Contractor.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid "Job Walk" is scheduled for Friday January 28, 2022 at 9:30 AM at University Heights Middle 
School, 1155 Massachusetts Ave, Riverside, CA 92507. Meet at the Gymnasium parking lot. This will be the only scheduled job 
walk for this project. The purpose of this walk is for bidders to familiarize themselves with existing conditions of the campus, 
existing buildings and the jobsite. No interpretations or clarifications of contract documents will be made at this time. The bid 
documents require all bidders to familiarize themselves with campus prior to bidding.

Erickson-Hall Construction provides notice to all contractors of the adoption of SB 854, this requires subcontractors to comply with 
the requirements as set forth on the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) website at http://www.dir.ca.gov/Public- 
Works/publicworks.html SB 854 requires all contractors who perform public works projects must be registered with the Department 
of Industrial Relations. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or 
after March 1, 2015), unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. 
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the 
total bid price, payable to the District as a guarantee that the bidder, if its proposal is accepted, shall promptly execute the Agreement, furnish a satisfactory Faithful Performance Bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid 
price, furnish a Payment Bond in an amount not less than one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, and furnish certificates 
evidencing that the required insurance is in effect in the amounts set forth in the general conditions. In the event of failure to enter 
into the contract and execute the required documents, such bid security will be forfeited. The Faithful Performance Bond shall 
remain in full force and effect throughout the guarantee period as specified in the general conditions. For contractors awarded in 
excess of $25,000.00 the successful bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Faithful Performance Bond and 100% Payment 
Bond as stated above, prior to execution of the contract and shall be in the form set forth in the Contract Documents.
