J. R. Barto Heating is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subs and/or suppliers to provide the following work: Electrical, Plumbing, and Chain Link Fencing for the Santa Maria-Bonita Unified School District, Installation of District-Provided Equipment at Alvin Elementary School and El Camino JHS project.
