The Project is generally described as:
General repairs to the exterior building walls and perimeter fencing. The Work includes but is
not limited to:
i Repair and reconstruction of the existing perimeter fence concrete pilasters along Harrison Street and Precita Avenue, and the existing concrete wall fence in the south play yard,
ii Repairs and restoration of the spalled exterior concrete walls and decorative moldings around the window openings.
iii Repairs of cracked exterior walls and decorative moldings of the building that involves stripping of the existing coatings down to bare concrete, concrete wall and cement plaster restoration, application of joint sealants and high-performance coating, and painting.
iv Allowance Nos. 1 and 2 as described under Section 01 21 00.
v The Work also includes hazardous material abatement as described and specified in Appendix A of the Contract Documents.

The Estimated construction value of the work is $250,000.00.
