The Project is generally described as:  Wall Repair Coating on the exterior walls of the Auditorium Building at Lowell High School. This work involves the following:

a. Repair of exterior wall cracks and spalls.

b. Elastomeric coating system on exterior wall surfaces.

c. Sealant work at existing roof flashing, expansion joints, louvers, and etc.

d. Security doors on existing roof access ladders.

e. Abatement of hazardous materials.

The Estimated construction value of the work is $850,000.00.
