Project estimate is $1,250,000.00, work to be performed Summer 2024. Please include "DVBE" prominently on your bid, and include contractor's license and DIR registration numbers. Bids must be received by 1:00 pm on bid day to allow time to evaluate and integrate bids received. Subcontractors will be required to enter into Timberworks' standard subcontract; no modifications to contract will be permitted.
