PROJECT DETAILS:

  • Pankow is proposing on the LOS ANGELES GENERAL MEDICAL CENTER RESTORATIVE CARE VILLAGE PHASE 5 PSYCHIATRIC SUBACUTE FACILITY as a DBE for the County of Los Angeles.
  • Construction of the Psychiatric Subacute Facility will be comprised of 8 Mental Health Rehabilitation Center programs that are operated separately with 16-beds each, for a total of 128 beds in a single four-story building. The total building area is approximately 122,000 square feet.
  • Construction is scheduled tocommence  Q3 2024 with an approximate 25 month construction schedule.

  • Project has a CWA in place and all bidders will need to satisfy the requirements stipulated in the CWA.  A copy of the CWA will be provided during the bidding process.
  • Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company as necessary.
