The Project is generally described as: repair of exterior wall of school administration building to mitigate water intrusion and restore painted wall mural, involving selective demolition, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, wood trims, self-adhering membrane waterproofing, wall insulation, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants, aluminum windows, cement plaster, gypsum board, painting, linoleum sheet flooring, window shades, concrete, brick paving, storm drainage systems, electrical work, and abatement of hazardous materials.

The estimated construction value of the work is $360,000.00.
