Project Description:
The project consists of renovating an existing single-story 15,025 square foot Student lab building. With an interior renovation of approximately 9,700 square feet including updated labs and support facilities for science building. The work also includes demolition, structural seismic upgrades, new interior lab spaces, lab spaces, lab casework, roofing, site improvements, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical, IT and telecom.
