Quotes must be valid for 120 calendar days. DFJV intends to work cooperatively with all firms for scopes of work you are licensed and qualified to perform. Quotes will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary to facilitate SB, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone and SDVOSB participation. Please contact us if you require technical assistance.


Subcontractors will be required to execute DFJV’s Standard Subcontract Terms and Conditions and insurance requirements. Bond Requirements: Notwithstanding any contrary language in a bid to DFJV or any prior course of dealing between DFJV and a bidder, and unless waived in writing by DFJV, DFJV reserves the right to require each bidder to provide payment and performance bonds assuring bidder’s obligations to DFJV in the amount of 100 percent of the bid to DFJV. DFJV will reimburse the bond premium at actual cost not to exceed 3%. The surety on the bonds must be a California admitted surety.
