is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide The Scope of Work: Work consists of construction of a New Building, new modular classrooms and site work; the Modular buildings are already secured, please do not bid the supply or installation of modular buildings; items that do need pricing related to the modulars consist of the foundations and embeds, signage, fire extinguishers, power, data, AV, intrusion, fire alarm, and stucco; trades needed for project include site hard demolition, utility locating, underground utilities (storm and RWL connections, sewer, water), grading and baserock, concrete flatwork, foundations, paving, fencing and gates, irrigation and landscaping, signage, fire extinguishers, electrical and low voltage (data, fire alarm and misc.) lath and plaster and onsite plaster installation, Work on the new building consists of but is not limited to: grading, pad construction, underground utilities, concrete foundations, structural and miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, food service equipment, low voltage data, fire alarm, intrusion, intercom, insulation, gypsum board, stucco, fiber cement siding, finish metal, flashing, steel and aluminum doors, frames and windows, signage, fire extinguisher cabinets and extinguishers, acoustical ceilings and wall panels, markerboards, FRP/FRL, flooring, paints and coatings Notes: Items by others and not part of this project include: Casework within the modulars, The HVAC Scope, and the Supply of Electrical Distribution Equipment (MSBD, DPA, DPB, Panel LA, Panel LB, Panel LC, Panel LD, Panel LE, Panel EV, MTS with 1000A Camlocks)
