Paved accessible parking area and related utilities and site work. Demolition of existing bleachers and structures. Upgrades to accessible path of travel.

Concession and restroom modular building and footings installed by modular manufacture

Increment No. 2

Bleacher and press box on home site of field. New stadium lighting on existing poles.

Alternatives:

1: LED Lights on existing light poles, S.C.D.., Note #44

Project is Subject to Prevailing Wage Requirements and all subcontractors submitting a proposal must have valid DIR #.

Certificate of Insurance for General Liability, Auto Liability, Excess Liability and Workers' Compensation are required.  A waiver of subrogation will also be required with all subcontract agreements for all those lines of business excess excess.  Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract with GMH insurance requirements.  All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project may have to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an addmitted corporate surety acceptable to our company (if required).  

GMH Builders is available and willing to assist breaking down bid items into economically feasible units for minority participation.  We will assist with bonds, lines of credit and insurance if needed.
