Certificate of Insurance for General Liability, Auto Liability, Excess Liability and Workers' Compensation are required. A waiver of subrogation will also be required with all subcontract agreements for all those lines of business excess excess. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract with GMH insurance requirements. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project may have to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an addmitted corporate surety acceptable to our company (if required).
GMH Builders is available and willing to assist breaking down bid items into economically feasible units for minority participation. We will assist with bonds, lines of credit and insurance if needed.
