PROJECT DETAILS:

This project is to construct the Transit Security and Operation Center Building , 29,050 SQFT, 2 Story, Type II-B, Group B & A-3, located in the City of Anaheim. The Scope of Works includes but not limited to Demolition, Earthworks, Slab On Grade Foundation with Concrete Pad & Curb, Structural Steel Framing, Metal Stud with Cement Plaster, Masonry & Fiber Cement Exterior Wall, Thermoplastic Roofing Membrane, Hollow Metal Doors & Aluminum Framing Windows. Hydraulic Elevator, Microwave Tower, Parking Lots with Canopies, On-Site and Off-Site Improvements, Environmental Work with Mitigation Monitoring & Reporting Program (MMRP).

1. All Sub Contractors are required to comply with all applicable equal opportunity laws & regulations & register with Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5.  2. All Sub contractors interested in doing business with OCTA are required to register their business on-line at CAMM NET at https://cammnet.octa.net . 3. The Orange County Transportation Authority is utilizing Federal Funds toward this project and is required to implement eleven percent (11% ) DOT- Disadvantage Business Enterprises ( DBE) participation goal.  4. All requests for Approved Equals, Clarification of Specification must be put in writing and must be received by the Authority no later than 5:00 PM on April 2 , 2024 .via US Mail , Courier , Facsimile or Email to Michael Le at mle1@octa.net 5. All DBE Subcontractors & Suppliers shall inform & submit with their proposal DBE Firm Name & Address, Valid DBE Certification as described on DBE Acknowledge & Commitment Form, Exhibit E-1 & E-2.   6. Construction activity shall be within the normal work hours in compliance with City of Anaheim's Regulation & Requirements.
