The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) invites proposals for provision of on-call design services to be provided on an “as-needed” basis under the terms to be established by a five-year term, with two one-year options to extend. The goal of this process is to award multiple master contracts to design Consultants willing to provide the requested services on an on-call basis and by issuance of project-specific task orders or on-call services for work that falls within the contract term.
