PROJECT DETAILS:

Interested DBEs (certified Minority and/or Woman Business Enterprises) shall have valid certification certified by an entity from which EPA accepts certifications as described in 40 CFR 33.204-33.2015 or certified by EPA. EPA accepts certifications from entities that meet or exceed EPA certification standards as described in 40 CFR 33.202. Acceptable certifying agencies include Caltrans/CUCP/USDOT, SBA (8a, SDB), EPA, or a similar, EPA-accepted certifying agency.

A copy of the RFP will be provided to interested firms. It is expected that firms review the RFP in full and confirm that it can comply with RFP/contract requirements.
