ERICKSON-HALL CONSTRUCTION CO. IS HARD BIDDING ON THE KELLER MS NEW LOCKER ROOM PROJECT.  Scope of work includes the construction of a new 10,000 (+/-) sf building, including site work and related infrastructure.  Program to include classroom, exercise room, locker room, staff office, staff support areas, and related utility rooms.  Trades include demolition, earthwork, asphalt, concrete, fencing, landscaping, structural steel, sheetmetal, roofing, casework, drywall/plaster, glazing, insulation, acoustical ceiling, flooring, tile, paint, coiling doors, visual display, lockers, toilet accessories, signage, mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, plumbing, & site utilities.

RFI Deadline: 3/23 at 11:00AM
Prequalification Deadline: 10 business days before General Contractor proposal is due.
Bid Date: 4/6 - Hard Bid with General Contractor bids due at 2:00PM
Preliminary Schedule: 6/1/22 - 6/1/23

Please make sure you understand the Local Hire/Local Business Participation requirements per Attachment No. 4 in the RFP.

All MEP & Sheetmetal subcontractors must be prequalified by submitting prequalification applications through QualityBidders.com 10 days before General Contractor proposal is due.

This project is within the District's Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP).  Contractor and their subcontractors of all tiers are required to have a minimum Experience Modification Rating (EMR) at the time of enrollment into the OCIP.  Please make sure you go over the OCIP documents uploaded with our project bid documents.
