is seeking certified and qualified DBE, SBE, City of Richmond Local Employment and Local Business Enterprise subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide Pavement Coatings Co. is requesting quotes from all qualified LBE and Local City of Richmond residents, subcontractors and suppliers including certified firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to; Materials (supply/delivery), Trucking, Traffic Control, Clearing, Grubbing, and Environmental Protection, Construction Area Signs, Changeable Message Boards, Thermoplastic Striping, Markings, Markers, and Blue Fire Hydrant Pavement Markers, Painted Curb, ETC… Quotations will be broken down to comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Pavement Coatings Co. will collaborate with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. All Supplier and Subcontractor proposals shall be in strict accordance with said project plans, specifications, and any addenda issued.

LBE and Local City of Richmond residents subcontractors should possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation, and Residency verification that is attached with proposal. Bonds pertaining to performance or payment may be required.
