PROJECT DETAILS:
This is for the construction of a CMU block restroom building of approximately 400 sf on an existing public school site that will be in session during construction between two classroom buildings. All MEP subcontractors must be prequalified with the school district.
Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project may be required to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
