PROJECT DETAILS:
Filanc intends to seriously negotiate with qualified firms for project participation. Filanc is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist SLBE and ELBE subcontractors and suppliers in obtaining work on this contract. 100% Performance and Payment bonds required. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license. Please contact us for details. Filanc can provide assistance to SLBE-ELBE subcontractors in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials. Filanc can provide assistance for SLBE-ELBE firms in obtaining bonding, lines of credit or insurance.
