PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project entails the renovation of the existing 6,550-square-foot Multipurpose Room (MPR) building at Lake Elsinore Elementary School. The scope of work includes comprehensive site concrete and landscaping improvements, reconfiguration and resurfacing of the parking lot to enhance traffic flow and safety, and electrical upgrades to support modern educational technology. The project also involves the installation of a new roofing system, seismic upgrades involving new footings and structural steel, a new HVAC system, modernized restrooms, and extensive interior finish enhancements. Additionally, a new shade structure and an ADA-accessible ramp will be constructed.
