New chilled and heating hot water piping distribution system. Construction of steel support structures, covered walkways, and flatwork/landscape repairs to route pipes to point of connections. This project requires prequalification. Poway Unified School District requires General Contractors and certain subcontractors to be prequalified on all bond-funded Construction Contracts. The following license classifications must prequalify: A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C-46. Poway Unified School District uses PQBids (www.pqbids.com) to manage AB 1565 contractor registration and approvals.
