The Don Chapin Co., Inc. considers each quote based on scope of work, price and qualification in comparison to competing quotes. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance of appropriate limits, workers compensation covering DCCI requirements, and agree to sign DCCI subcontract agreement.  DCCI will provide assistance in obtaining bonding, insurance and will pay bonding cost up to 1.5 % if required. Subcontractors are required to be registered with the State DIR program. DCCI will work cooperatively with qualified firms seeking work on this project. All qualified bidders will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national originn or disablity.
