is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide lead compliance plan, develop water supply, construction areas signs, traffic control system (including flaggers, TCS, and devices), surface mount channelizers, traffic drums, portable CMS, automated flagger device, temporary pavement markings and striping, temporary pedestrian access route, job site management, SWPPP (including REAP, sampling/analysis, annual reports), water quality (including sampling/analysis, monitoring, and annual report), temporary erosion control and BMP’s (including mulch, cover, check dams, DI protection, fiber rolls, and gravel bag berm), street sweeping, concrete washout, treated wood waste, biologist, temporary ESA fencing, clearing/grubbing, roadway excavation, shoulder backing, permanent erosion control (including pine needle mulch, dry seed, rolled EC blanket, and compost), aggregate base, asphalt, quality control, AC dike and misc. areas, tack coat, cold planning asphalt, drainage inlets and culvert pipe, frame and grates, misc. removals (including culverts, inlets, FES, concrete curb/gutter/sidewalk), culvert cleaning, grouting, and pipelining, decorative concrete pavers, rock slope protection, minor concrete (including curb & gutter, sidewalk, and ped ramps), survey monument, pre-post construction survey, roadside signs, guardrail, permanent striping and pavement markings, and electrical. We are looking for material suppliers, subcontractors, and trucking for all of the above items.
