PROJECT DETAILS:
The scope of work includes but is not limited to construction of the office building addition, renovation/remodel of the existing office building and construction of surface site improvements, surface parking and Pedestrian pavement/walkways, irrigation systems and landscaping. Phase III includes a second building permit and completes the work permitted in the public improvement.
