Westrock General Engineering is actively soliciting bids from prospective subcontractors or material suppliers whose businesses are California State Certified DBE Contractors or Suppliers.  Bids from prospective subcontractors or material suppliers are sought in connection with the Project Named: 

Central Avenue Rehabilitation Project 

To be located in the City of Wasco and funded in whole or part by federal funds.

Subcontractor and Trucking quotes/bids must be valid at minimum for the entire duration of the project stated in the contract documents.   Subcontractor and Supplier bids are required by 5:00 PM September 24, 2024.

Item 8- SWPPP Report & Monitoring

Item 9- 6” Fog Lane Striping (Thermoplastic)

Item 10- Furnish & Install R7-9 “No Parking Bike Lane” Signs with Breakaway Poles
