PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Project is a 3-story 90,422 square foot student housing facility consisting of both site-built and volumetric modular construction.

The delivered modular volumetric units will be completed in an offsite assembly line operation with the interior at a near finished stage, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, ceiling, light fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, windows, doors, and paint. The project consists of two wings connected by a pedestrian bridge.

The common areas, restrooms, utility rooms, one (1) stairwell, and support spaces are to be built onsite. Volumetric modular construction consists of (151) residential units with three (3) different unit types (traditional, semi-suite, and studio), group restrooms/showers, three (3) stairwells and support spaces.

Interiors include corridors, three (3) elevators, fire-rated wall, and ceiling assemblies. Photovoltaic panels are specified on the roof.

Sitework improvements include fences throughout, shade structures, landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, site furniture, fire lane, and miscellaneous site utilities. The exterior finishes include architectural aluminum panels, thin brick veneer, an exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS), aluminum storefront and vinyl window systems.
