The majority of work consists of: construction of two (2) 750,000 gallon storage tanks, blending facility and pre-fabricated metal building, low-pressure pump station and pre-fabricated metal building, 15,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank, wrought iron site fencing and gates, access road, improvements to storm water detention basin, piping improvements, installation of generator, electrical instrumentation and controls improvements, site
grading and aggregate base resurfacing, demolition of existing storage tanks, and relocation of existing storage container at the Distribution site; construction of 8-inch diameter transmission pipeline with a jack and bore across the Central California Irrigation District Outside Canal and Main Canal between the existing Well #1 site and Well #2 Site; equipping of the existing Well #2, construction of well discharge piping, construction of 200,000 gallon storage tank, pump station and pre-fabricated metal building, 8,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank, chain-link site fencing and gates, installation of generator, power service, electrical instrumentation and controls
improvements, site grading, and aggregate base resurfacing at Well #2 site; construction of 8-inch diameter distribution pipeline from the Well #2 site with a connection to the existing Volta water system; installation of new water meters on existing residential service laterals, installation of new water meters and reduced pressure backflow preventers on existing commercial service laterals, abandonment of existing service laterals and installation of new service laterals with water meters, and destruction of existing well and site facilities in the community of Volta; and upgrade of electrical controls, installation of radio, antenna and communications at the
existing Well #1 and Surface Water Treatment Plant sites.

We will assist with Bonds, Lines of Credit, and Insurance if needed. Plans & specs available to view in our office.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company (If required).
