Approximately 2,520 sf of site improvements of adjacent outdoor play yard spaces north of 'building A' to serve new TK classrooms. Work includes new exterior ADA ramp from off-site sidewalk to play yards. New and reused HVAC systems to support the proposed renovated classrooms. Approximately 300-sf of offsite improvements adjacent to pearl street sidewalk.
