PROJECT DETAILS:
The work of this contract includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to, and construction of interior and exterior demolition and rework of the Robinson Pool Building, Pool, Pool Deck, Equipment enclosure and perimeter wall within the 'Limit of work' area, and associated site work for grading, ultities and accessibility improvements. The general contractor shall thoroughly review the plans and specifications him/herself and with all trades and accepts the materials, systems, details, and assemvlies as being constructible and can be warranted for a time period consistent with industry standards; unless a specific time period is noted herein. There is no landscape work within the scope of work.
