PROJECT DETAILS:
Lease-Lease-Back Delivery Method. Scope of work revolves around primarily HVAC and ADA improvements to existing primary theater. Exterior updates include new site work with ADA path of travel, new electrical distribution/panels, new mechanical enclosures and replace existing roof over the primary theater. Interior scope to include new mechanical system installation from exterior mechanical enclosures to new duct system in primary theater. Abatement / hazmat of existing finishes as required to facilitate new HVAC system installation. ADA upgrades (including theater seating, chairlift accessible stairs to theater stage) and upgrades to restroom serving theater. Addition of acoustical treatments in theater and select structural concrete and wood framing upgrades.
