PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Whole Site Rebuild Project consists of the demolition of all permanent buildings and the removal of the portable classrooms.
In their place, five new buildings will be constructed as described: Building #10: New Administration Building; Building #20:
Multipurpose/Food Service Building; Building #30: Classroom Building for Grades 3-5; Building #40: Classroom Buildings for
UTK & Kindergarten; and Building #50: Classroom Building for 1st & 2nd Grades, and a Learning Common Space.
The total gross square footage of the new buildings will be approximately 61,392 square feet, comprising 25 classrooms and 3
collaborative spaces, accommodating a maximum capacity of 611 students.
Site improvements will include regrading, the removal of existing utilities, and the installation of all new wet and dry utilities.
Additionally, a new transformer will be installed, along with site drainage and stormwater management improvements, new
parking areas, drop-off zones, play equipment, and new delivery and trash pick-up areas.
Deferred Approval Items The subcontractors will be responsible for completing design and obtaining DSA approval for the
following deferred approval items: (i) Roof Trusses; (ii) Shade Canopies [6 Total]; (iii) PV System (Design Build).
